Hi, If the problem is associated to you replacing the battery, then it could be a few different things. 1) Is the replacment battery fully charged? If not, charge and retry. 2) Are the positive and negative battery cables connected correctly to the battery? With this you have to be sure that you have a good connection to each battery terminal. Try removing the cables and taking a wire brush to the terminals. Once clean, reconnect them and try to start again. 3) Is the positive cable broken? If broken replace the cable. 4) Is the negative battery cable broken or properly connected to the car? If broken, replace the cable. Good Luck!

Make sure you have 12 volts from the positive side of the battery to the starter. Check the small wire on the starter solenoid and make sure you have 12 volts when cranking engine. If voltage is correct, the starter is bad

Built in the gas tank. It is cleanable. Don't have to buy a new one.
It is built into the pump so if it would have to be replaced then you
would have to replace the whole pump. To me thats pretty crappy design.
Crawl under the truck, you should have two or three lines coming off the fuel tank, one will have the filter, one is the return, and one is emissions.

Take one of the spark plugs out and let us know what it looks like. Dry and light grayish tan means you have spark but fuel supply problems. Wet spark plug that smells like gas means it is more of a spark issue.
Good Luck
