Inspect where the suction comes the machine into the water tank and through the tank to the nozzle assembly. If something isn't seated correctly or isn't working properly it could cause a suction loss.

If you have the User Guide there should be Troubleshooting section in the back. You didn't list the specific machine so it's hard to help you. Make a note of the Model and serial number and if you don't have the guide contact Consumer Care at 1-800-237-7691 or relist your question with more specific info on your machine.

May a have been a so called exclusive item made for just one retailer. It will probably be the same as another red model but just made in black for the company who wanted a exclusive model. Its a common practice in the field of domestic appliances. So find the closest red one and get a manual for that. Or if you are adamant you want the manual for a black one, find out who sold them and see what they say.

Check the seals on the machine, most times they aren't sealed right. Lift and reset the tank and if that doesn't work, you need to replace them.

its a great coffee machine, isnt it? we have it in the office serving for 7 years now.
this usally means one of the seal is broken. get the saeco person to replace all the seals at once.
this will prevent more leakages in the future.
