Thermistor error there are 2 in there usually and one needs to be replaced.need service man for this pretty tricky job.
The heater circuit has failed if "HE" is displayed. Discontinue use and contact a service technician. The dishwasher requires servicing.
"TE" means the thermistor has failed or the temperature of the water entering the dishwasher is over 194 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn the temperature down on the hot water heater in the home. If the error code reappears, replace the thermistor.
By the sound of this your heating system is malfunctioning and needs service.
