The problem is the keyboard itself, and the only way to rectify the situation is the keyboard must be replaced with a new one.

The letters on my keyboard doesn't work

Dust the keyboard to remove any debris.
If that doesn't work, re-seat the keyboard. This requires disassembling much of the laptop. www.ifixit.com has great guides on how to complete this for every model of mac laptop.

While typing in aim my laptop keyboard skips letters, randomly selects a new im, or underlines words.

Tape a double piece of paper directly over the touchpad.
(If you don't use it). It worked for me. Now I don't have to worry about accidently hitting it and making my typing skip or delete text by mistake.

Laptop keyboard "dropping" key strokes

If this happens always with same key, then it is usually a bad key switch, and keyboard must be replaced.

If this happens randomly on a set of keys, then the keyboard flat ribbon cable is not well connected or is faulty, or the keyboard is faulty.

The laptop must be taken apart to check the keyboard connection.

The keyboard on dell is accessed removing determined screws underneath, then removing the upper cover that enclose pad and armrest.

If the keyboard is well connected, and fixing connector does not solve the problem, then the keyboard must be replaced.

Keyboard

It is possible that you have a bad keyboard. The best way to test whether this is a hardware issue or a software issue with Windows is to attach a USB keyboard and see if you have the same random results. If the keyboard is bad, which could be from something being dropped on it, a spill, or just worn out, the replacement part is readily available on eBay or other online parts sites for less than $35 and the replacement procedure is rather simple. The keyboard itself is not a fixable part.
