Hi
There is a forgotton password feature - just follow the steps and it will give you your password+account. You may need to download skype again from here:
http://www.skype.com/intl/en-gb/getconnected/

Hope this helps, good luck!

Skype does not recognise myneed password for Skype

You may not have finalized setting up your Skype account. Some sites need you to confirm your account through a link in your e-mail. Check the spam folder if you cannot find it in the regular e-mail folder and mark it as not spam. If you can't find it anywhere, the setup may not have went through and you will have to reenter all the same info again. Hope this works for you.

You will need to Login using your username and password.

Youbreplied to e buy i will like to ask you how to remove auto sign ip from a mac laptop...the application i have on the laptop is skypefor mac laptop not window xp...please advice asap.

You have to sign out, and disable that option at Skype / Preferences / General. If you also don't want to have Skype automatically starting when you start your Mac then go to System Preferences/accounts/Login items, then delete Skype from the login items.

I want to open skype account, what is the complete solution for this?

you download the skype client, install, add credit if you wish to phone non skype users.
You will need to go settings on skype to set your default mic and speaker devices, I use a USB skype phone.
You may need to then go to your computers audio settings and change its default playback and record devices back, mine always change to the usb phone for my computer sound.
Skype is available here http://www.skype.com/intl/en-gb/home
There are user guides available here also
