Question about Keyboards & Mice
My jurassic Casio CTK520L electronic keyboard won't turn on when it fell on the floor. I opened it and everything's intact, and also tried turning it on with batteries, thinking maybe the adapter isn't working but still didn't work. Help!!!
First put new batterys in the mouse and key board. if you don't have a tester use a flashlight. pen light. push the remote pickup. light will blinknext push key board button and the mouse next. then try it and see if it works.
sometimes do the mouse first, Then the key board

Try this out- check for a blown fuse. If you have never done this before, here is a simpler step by step procedure-
1. If you have the tools and little bit of adventurous spirit, I would suggest you open the keyboard and check for a fuse (a small glass tube with a metal wire running through it).
2. Pull it out and look at it against a light source (like a window) check if the wire if cut (that means the fuse is blown).
3. If it is not blown, put it back, if is blown find a shop that sells it- an electronic spare part shop that stocks stuff for TV, and computer spare will have it). Get a new one and put it in.
4. Try plugging the adapter again.
Best of luck...
