Activating Motorola DCP501

To whom this may concern,

I have a Motorola DCP501 that I am trying to activate through my cable company, here in Bermuda. My cable company in Bermuda is Cable Vision. When I approached them they asked me to bring the system in. When I did they were quite happy to activate my DCP501. On attempting to do so they realised that they needed the EMM file, which I am assuming that they are talking about the software from Motorola. My cable provider is presently using the Scientific Atlanta System.

I would be most greatful for any information that you can provide me with to give to my cable company.
