You have to press firmly on the screen with your stylus for it to respond, if it does not then it must be a problem with the touchscreen digitizer.

Niko pls need htc snap pc suite to browse on my laptop

1. Download "ActiveSync" from this link for Windows XP users or "Mobile Device Center" from this link for Windows Vista (or above) users.
2. Once downloaded, open the file to run it.
3. After the Installation is complete, it is best to reboot your computer.
4. After Reboot, connect your HTC Snap via its USB cable and "ActiveSync" or "Mobile Device Center" will recognize your new HTC Snap device.
Done.

Aspire one notebook will not completely boot. It

While the system is booting --before the xp logo shows, hold down the F8 key. This will bring up a menu. Choose "start windows in safe mode with networking".
The os will start in safe mode. run a virus scan, defrag and scandisk, then restart the system. If is still wont boot normally, do the same thing then run a registry fixing program such as uniblue registrybooster, then reboot. If it still won't boot you may have to reinstall the OS. good luck.
PLEASE RATE THIS ADVICE WITH SOME THUMBS UP!!!

Htc

Bad news, but something with Windows isn't allowing it too boot.

you can try resetting it, but you have already done that. Next step is a complete reset. But, before you do that, go back to the store (if you can), and see if they can copy your contacts and such first. The complete reset wipes everything.

Complete Reset - back to factory: Hold the 2 soft menu buttons on either side of the directional pad, press the reset button on the bottom of the phone. The phone should ask you to confirm by pressing R or cancel by pressing Q on the keyboard, or appropriate area in display.

I have htc p3400i. i am trying to save files from htc on my pc

Hi!

You can use ActiveSync from Microsoft to save your files from your phone.
Microsoft replaced ActiveSync with Windows Mobile Device Center, an improved version of the software for use with computers running Windows Vista.
Via Windows Mobile Device Center you can browse, open and save all files on your device. You've also the possibility to make an complete image of your device.

Hope I could help you.

Greetings,

Christian

ATT HTC 8925 and GSMART

No problem. This software is freeware and as such is available at the freewarepocketpc.net website. You can download the file to the device via Pocket Internet Explorer. Once the download is complete you can open the .cab file which will run the Windows Mobile installer. That should do it.

Alternatively, you can download the file to a Windows PC and install the file via Microsoft ActiveSync.

Windows mobile unable to see the screen

your phone is in bootloader mode (3 colors) and when you insert the usb cable you will see on your display USB down-left i remember.         http://www.4shared.com/file/92882688/6d8ff7d8/no_nonsense_4.html   here you have a new rom. just click rom updateutility and follow the steps. if your phone has reached Windows Mobile Logo Screen you must Hold Power + voice speed dial
Reset the device (do not release Power and voice speed dial)

After a few seconds you are in bootloader state.
