Question about Acer Extensa 4620 Notebook
Your hard drive (hdd) has crashed/failed and will need to be replaced. There won't be anything you can do this weekend, but on Monday when you call Acer support, tell them you took it to a local tech and he/she checked the hdd and it tested bad, and ask if they can send you a replacement under the warranty if covered. By telling them you had it checked by a professional, it will most likely save you the time of having to send it to Acer so they can take a couple of weeks to tell you the same thing, then send it back with a new hard drive.
