First, check the blower motor fuse. If it is ok, disconnect the electrical lead from the blower motor, and apply direct power and ground to the motor electric terminals. If the blower motor fails to operate, it is defective. If the blower motor now operates with direct power, but doesn't when reconnected to the car's electrical system, there is likely a problem with the switch, the blower motor resistor, or a bad connection in the wiring.
