This forum is international in scope. Hundreds of countries are represented. I live in Canada. I had to research the acronym RI to try and figure out what you were even asking. Ask a question stating the area in the globe you are living and don't use terms that can be ambiguous to 97% of the people who want to assist you. I am guessing from http://www.acronymfinder.com/RI.html that of the 97 different meanings that you meant Republic of Indonesia or Italian Republic. Am i even close?
Sometimes, searching on a manufacturer's website can be a frustrating experience. If you need repair service for a specific brand, try doing a Google search for an company authorized sales or repair center. More often than not you will come up with a solution that is local to your area as opposed to out of state.
In your case, Wisconsin Imaging Solutions Data Management Group is certified as a Samsung Authorized Sales, Service & Warranty Repair Center
I also had the same problem. Called the local Samsung authorized repair center and was told my TV was not in the serial number range of those out-of-warranty units that the company was going to repair. I called the same 1 800 726-7864 and they said they had extended the out-of-warranty on TVs they will repair if the problem is related to the capacitors. I just called and they have given me an in-home repair authorization and the local repair center has ordered the parts and will be out next week to fix the TV...Kudos to Samsung. I have 3 of their TVs, a cell phone and 2 blluRay DVD players. This is the reason I bougjht Samsung, their reputation for standing behind their product.

If you shine a lamp at an angle on the screen, can you see a faint image? If you can, then the backlight has gone out. If your picture has acquired a pinkish tinge while it is working "normally", this would be a strong indication that one of the fluorescent tubes in the backlight is going bad. Inverter failure is another possibility.
Samsung has a 1 year warranty. The catch is that you have to take it either to the dealer or to a factory-authorized service center to collect, and "The original dated bill of sale must be
presented upon request as proof of purchase to SAMSUNG or SAMSUNG's authorized
service center." You need to contact Samsung Customer Service before taking the TV in for repair.
enter your zipcode in the small box that says repair service and you will see all the repair service techs that are registerd with this site that service sets in your area. Hope it helps. You may also want to check with Phillips/Magnavox to see where the closest authorized repair center is to your location.
this set only has a 12 month parts and labor warranty so you need to call 1 800 samsung or the dealer you bought it from..the problem with adjusting the v_set and v_scan voltages is it may last for 6 months and then you would still need a new plasma panel..better to have a samsung authorized tech check it
