You have to Call 1-800-4my-xbox.
Then tell them what happened, you will have to mail it out with the Console, and the plugs.
Dont mail out the hardrive or disc.
They will send u a brand new console.
Hope this Helped.

My Microsoft Xbox 360 Pro's power brick wont turn

You can try to Reset the AC adapter by following steps below.

1. Unplug the xbox 360 AC adapter at both ends (from the back of the system and from the wall outlet or power strip).

2. After you've waited a full 2 minutes, plug the AC adapter back in on both ends and check to see if the power light comes on.

If this doesn't work it's probably fried from the power surge.

My xbox360 Elite was wont even turn on...???

Hi Bruce,

This is something well out of our pay grade-- my guess is that the electrical storm fried your hardware and completely ruined the machine.

Your best bet at getting a replacement would be to contact Microsoft directly and explain the situation to them. You can do this by clicking here.

That very common when systems are connected directly to a router/modem after lightning storm. your best bet is buy a usb wireless adapter.

My xbo was working last night and we had a power outage , then this morning when i check if any electronics r working , everything was fine but when i went turn on my xbox it is stuck on standby mode and...

It sounds like it may have had a power surge. Was it plugged into a power strip, or straight into the outlet? If it was in the outlet, or if the power strip is old, it may not have been protected and you could have fried some of the internal components. Also, did you have an ethernet cable plugged into it? My Xbox got fried a few years ago because of a power surge through my router. If the internal components are broken, the only reliable place to send it, in my opinion at least, is Microsoft's own repair site.

We had a storm and now the wii will not even turn on.

Was the Wii running while the storm was going on? Was it a lightning storm? If the answer is yes to eaither one of these then most likely there was a power surge and the power supply and / or motherboard has been damaged

Lightning made my ps3 have sound no picture

It sounds like you have burned part of the circuit board. It is probably cheaper to replace the unit rather than repair it. However, to be sure, you should price out both options.

I hope this helps.

Xbox wont turn on after storm

You had a power surge, I recommend you invest in a surge protector power strip. Your 360 may be fried the best thing to do is have it fixed professionally which will cost you. It would probably be cheaper to get a new one unless you have a warranty.

Wii wont turn on

Reset your power adapter.......unplug it from the wall and wii console. Let it sit for about 2 or 3 min to reset. Now plug it back into the wii console and see if that does the trick.....Mine worked after that. If yours doesn't I would just call Nintendo.

No power!

Duke, take a look at the big 'powerbrick' that powers your xbox, on the front of it there will be a small LED, it should be red/orange if your xbox is turned off. If you see NO LED light then your powerbrick is no longer functioning.

If you DO see a LED, then its likley the Xbox is at fault.

Hope this helps!
