I have a sony vaio notebook. The disk drive door will only open using a paperclip into the alternate opening mechanism. When a disk is inserted into the drive, it does not automatically play. When I go to My Computer and select the drive, a message appears requesting a disk be placed in the drive. Can you help me? Thanks. Cleo
