GE Security Simon 3 Wireless Home Security System

Simon ver 3 siren won't turn off. (by 2 users)

Siren went off would'nt shut off. 5years old. changed batteries in box and motion sensor. connections were a little coroded cleaned them. I enter access code says it is invalid. Put in 1234 same thing. Buttons do not seem to work. I was thinking of replacing unit. Help.

After replacing the battery it doesn't seem to recognize the access code, remote works...but mot the key pad
Suggest a new solution for this problem
