Flyback was fine

We checked the fly back and it was fine. Could it be anything else why the TV don't turn on right away.

I replaced the bad capacitor and now!?

Are you sure the flyback was clicking? Usually it arc's inside or externally to metal chassis. There is a relay that clicks on & off , which could be what you are hearing. Your bad cap, is it in the power supply or near the flyback? A regulator is more of a possibility than the flyback.
