As sed above try using the fone with out the memory card..if the problem still persists then try formatting ur fone but all the data would be lost that's in ur PHONE MEMORY[ Not the MEMORY CARD] u can try taking a back up but like u sed fone shuts off again n again im not sure that u would be able to take back up or not. Neways to format ur fone type in on key pad *#7370# then ull get a confirmation saying " RESTORE ALL ORIGINAL PHONE SETTINGS? PHONE WILL RESTART" press yes and the fone will be as new as when u bought from store.SECOND, even after formatting, problem is there u can then finally try upgrading the fone's firmware version by downloading the "SOFTWARE UPDAT SOFTWARE" from nokia's website.im sure this would resove ur problem to ur satisfactino and even after upgradin firmware u can restore ur phone contents i.e IF BYCHANCE U WERE SUCCESSFULL TO TAKE A BACK UP.

DO RATE THE SOLUTION THAT IVE PROVIDED PLEASE.

Just delete the unwanted applications that u have installed in your phone...

If the problem occurs again remove your memory card then scan it using ur system antivirus (Use memory card reader) this will fix ur problem....

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My nokia n97 mini is sometime phone automaticaly shutdown and restarting.

Hello,

There is a problem with the phone that is why it automatically shuts down and restart.
This is mostly caused by a virus. It might have been contracted by file transfers of different kind.
Either through bluetooth file transfers, file downloads, transfers from laptops and pc etc.

The solution is for you to turn of the phone for a while lets say for about 30 minutes, then you turn it on back. If it does the same, then you can flash the phone with the appropriate software and cable.

After doing this, the phone will be in good condition once again.

Take care and good luck.

TIPS: When a phone gets to work for a very long period of time without getting any break or rest, it will start to malfunction. So as man needs rest after a long time of work so also does any machine to.

It happens when you turn off and turning on again your phone right? The internal battery that gives power to the clock is worn out or busted and must be replaced.

N73 Hanging Problem

If the bottom of your N73 is getting hot soon, it means that your Power IC catchs more Voltage than it nees so, the problem comes from your Power IC, and you have to change it!
You can't do that on your own, coz you need an special heater in order to lock off the power IC and change it. Just bring it to an EXPERT technician!!!
Another problem which will occure after this problem is that your charging IC would be deactivated and you have to change it too!!
Again, take care about microphone IC as it is similar and near to your Power IC!! This would disable your hands-free and microphone!

Schahinap
