Most computer testing facilities will test your current power supply for free. A replacement is very inexpensive to replace. Bestbuy, MicroCenter, small computer shops and buy replacemnent from Amazon.com, newegg.com.. Just make sure you have the correct information for your replacement. The model number on the power supply would be your best bet in most cases. Good luck and have a great day. I buy power supplies as low as $15 dollars Generic

Oritron amplifier has no input ?

Check its powersupply regulator circuit, and main amplifier circuit for any shorted component/s. Visit this site for more details. Type in the site name "Electro-help" either to Google or Yahoo search box [not in the address bar of your browser], and click search. It is an electronic equipments service help site. All details you want are there. Note the position of hyphen in between words in site name, when you type it in. The site will appear as it is in web; subtitled as electronics equipments' repair help

I think it blew a fuse, because it made a noise when turned on and it did not turn on.

In your machine there is some short circuit for the AC supply , and we can expect the fuse on the power supply boarad has been failed or the ac powersupply it self became defective if you removes the ac power supply and give it to any electronic shop shop they can repair it but you have to find the short circuit first probably on fuser module or exposure lamp unit, rate this and if you have any queries you can ask me

Every time i plug the p4 wire in to the motherboard power stop

There is a short somewhere, either with your motherboard or your powersupply. Test your powersupply to another motherboard that has the 4pin 12volt adapter if you have one. Most likely your motherboard is trying to prevent circuit overload to the cpu.

Powersupply Faulty

Check for short circuit on your Powersupply. If you can isolate it, much better. check the voltage regulator if it supplies power to the system. better still check the regulator itself.

4 pin plug 12volt on the motherboard.

pls you have to identify which area is short circuit, there for remove the 4 pin plug and power on. of power on ,it is telling your cpu section (VRM Circuit is short) it may faulty cap or transistor , bit I found more than 80% is shorted north bridge.
it was not fixed. but you have to test all coils to identify which section mos fets are short, remove the cpu to isolate north bridge , check vrm circuit,
