Question about Canon CanoScan LiDE 25 Flatbed Scanner
My computer just formatted recently and i want to install my scanner
so i go to canon.com and download the driver there then i install it
but when i connect my scanner to my computer , the computer doesn't detect it and the scanner is not ON , what happened ?
btw im using different usb cable , does that effect the detection of the scanner?
When you downloaded the driver, did you make sure it was for the specific moder scanner that you have?
From the control pannel of your computer make sure that you added the cannon driver to the computer, you have to select
( ) cannon driver. I tmust be the spacific model name and number on your scanner.
The scanner must be on, so you can start test scanning . Why is not ON?
Finally after you done this avobe, If it doesn't work, the problem might be the cables.
