Unable to use SanDisk Sansa M250 MP3 player with Vista. I try to drag and drop files to device, but when I disconnect from PC it says there are no files. I am unable to run any files from the mini CD.

Hello,

There is support on the Sandisk site when needing files to download.
See the overview for the m200 series:
http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4487#m200

When the player says there are no files after a transfer,
the device may need to be formatted, see next site:
