Not spinning (by 2 users)

My machine works fine right up to the bit where it i supposed to spin, then it does not do it. the spin light does flash though if that helps.
About 2 years old, no previous problems
Any help appreciated.

I have the same problem. I starts all right then gets stuck on rinse cycle but will rinse when you manually switch to rinse on the dial. But mine is wfo2466gb?
