How do i change the language back to english on my HP C4680

I've got the same problem. I've been spending hours looking around on the web but there is no real solution. The solution pressing the three buttons in the sequence doesn't work. The only solution is to learn the foreign language. :)

I purchased a HP Photosmart C4680 printer a few months ago and after installing it, it was great. I then had problems accessing the internet and after solving that issue with my provider, I was no longer...

Most probably your the printer got disconnected once you made changes in the network settings. Heres what I can suggest...
Uninstall the printer
For win xp: Click on start go to control panel > add/remove programs.
For win vista: Click on start go to control panel > programs and feature > uninstall a program
For win 7: Click on start go to control panel > uninstall a program
  1. Look for the HP Photosmart c4680 driver, then click on uninstall/change/remove.
  2. Another window will pop up, it will ask what do you want to uninstall.
  3. Click on uninstall all HP products associated with this device.
  4. Restart your computer.
  5. Install the printer using USB, when you got in to the page that says "I have reviewed and agreed the terms and agreement" theirs a link at the top left corner that says "select what to install"
  6. Click on that that link, then the only software that you will install is HP Photosmart c4680, Digital Imaging device function and HP solution center, then the others you have to uncheck it.
  7. Check the check box that says "I have reviewed and agreed the terms and agreement"
  8. Click on next.
  9. After installing it, re-run the disc or the downloaded driver.
  10. Click on add a device
  11. It will ask you what type of connection do you want, click on install wireless/network device
  12. The printer should be detected now.
If you are still having issues w/ it. click here for the next step.
Good luck! :)
