Question about Dell PC Laptops

it has aproblem in the system
the os failed while i was working on the web
i tried to restore it again using the supplied cds but i could not
i tried to restore the factory default but i could not
i trust on bestbuy and i am sure that you will help me fix my problem
First let me start by saying that we are not affiliated with Bestbuy, but we will try to help.
This sounds to be a hard drive failure. Start by completely wiping the hard drive and completely reloading the operating system. If you have any problems during or after the reload, then the hard drive has crashed and will need replacing. If it turns out to be the hard drive, then you need to take it to Bestbuy and have them replace the hard drive. With the machine only being a month old they shouldn't have a problem replacing the drive or the whole machine. However, Bestbuy is notorious for giving people the run around, don't take it, demand a manager, and demand that manager to make it right. Be assertive with Bestbuy or they will walk right over you.
