Question about Regal Lager Escape Framed Baby Carrier

4 Answers

Re: good up to what age?

I'm looking for a backpack baby carrier in which I can carry my daughter as long as possible. I have a strong back and weight's not a problem. I want one that will be safe and comfortable for our child as long as possible. I read on one web site that the Escape is good up to "4 mos. or 40 lbs.", which left me a bit bewildered. What do you recommend?

For $9.99 I expected an expert, or at least informed, response to my question. Instead I got links to on-line stores that I had already found on my own. Not even links to product reviews (which I had already found on my own)! So, your web site is just another Internet scam. I would like my money back. If I don't get it back, I will leave your web site poorer but wiser.

I'm not sure where I threatened anybody. If telling the truth as I see it is "being aggressive," so be it. I clearly said that I want my money back, so please credit my credit card.

Very well then. You can send a mail to premium.support@fixya.com asking for the refund. I couldn't understand what information you have wanted. I feel DARKLORD1 and Ginko did their best.

Yeah a baby carrier is a good idea but there are other things to take into consideration,,

1.) Are you certin that you will be using it often ?
2.) In what terrain will you be using it ?
If its a walk in the park or down the road , you may look for something a little more aiery and open, or if its for hiking or something that fugged you will look for something with extra padding and stronger straps.

3.) Then its you location as well,,
Ifs it a hot place something not as padded, but still soft not to allow too much heat to buld up in, and if its cold, something with extra padding so your daughter ont catch a chill.

4.) Now you have to take comfort of the baby in mind , if she is alligeric to anything, what materials its made up of and how it reacts to sweat on her skin of it it causes irrtation or bruses, In the first week of using it, make sure it isnt for long periods and keep a solid eye for these factors.

5.) Now keep in mind the kind of clothing she will be wearing,
you dont want her in a dress with plypropelyen rubbing on her leg, She aint going to let your ears stop ringing.

Any expert here can recommend a solution for you and hope you rate them and they get paid, But I would recommend to you you choose something based on the above considerations and don not buy it on line, instead look at your local shops and get one there, that way you will be more comfortable with what you purchase and thematerials and feel of it. If you have to buy one on line read the customer reviews thouroguhly, You dont want a strap bursting and your daughter falling..

Buy something you like and comfortable, do not let anyone choose it for you, use the above considerations as a guide.

Here is a selection of baby backpack carriers. Majority of them support up to 40lbs (20 kilos).
This is suitable approximately for a toddler of two and an half years.
One of the less expensive is the Chicco one.
I used the Chicco front carrier for small babies up to nine kilos and was very safe and comfortable.
About specs and safety, if big factories like Chicco or Graco test and guarantee safety up to 40 Lbs, then it must be ok.
This brands always keep a certain safety margin on baby items.

If you need a bigger back pack you can buy something like this, suitable for a child up to 50 pounds.
A bigger backpack may still result a bit uncomfortable for a toddler.

    Well, no need for insulting.
I am a father of three, and I consider myself quite an expert after buying staff from so many children.
This is a serius staff, if you want your money back ask it to Fixya and you will get it.
For the rest I don't think threatening and aggressive behaviors of any kind make any sense in this contest.
If you need more support of information just ask it using the tools provided.
If you just don't want to pay, well, no problem ask your money back , it is there and it is clearly stated in term and conditions.

Note: this is not our site, it is part of a several million dollars investment.

If you need further help please ask, if not write to support@fixya.com, and please retain from threatening or offending anybody.

    Many thanks.

About your post you wrote: "I'm looking for a backpack baby carrier in which I can carry my daughter as long as possible."

I posted the link to the biggest backpach as an answer:"If you need a bigger back pack..."

I also Recommended the Chicco one, which is a bit smaller but lighter and more comfortable.

Well I answered all questions, and I even had tested a Chicco model by myself.

To be honest your questions had been answered, and you are lucky that fixya does not make troubles in refunding. In my view your questions had been answered, and you had the option to ask more help at any time.

    Regards

    RE:

    DARKLORD1

    About your concerns:
    "
I will leave your web site poorer but wiser"
stated by the user is clearly a threatening sentence.
Now, after seeing your apologies about "miscomfort" , I would like to know what expert in your view had been abusive.
Generally I thing experts should not criticize each other in the middle of a premium post, even this post of mine is out of place.
Hope Darklord1 will avoid this kind of post in the future.
Regarding the Premium thread, thanks Eagle331 for posting the right email contact premium.support@fixya.com, I think yours had been the only decent post on this thread.

If there is any other concern between experts, please use the ASK ME button, do not use this thread to keep commenting each other posts, criticizing or challenging other experts, continuing this discussion etc.

I hope I satisfied DARKLORD1 concerns, use ASK me if not.

    Regards

Note: the money is charged after few days even if you do not press Fixya. To avoid dissatisfaction and troubles later on, you need to ask refund explicitly to Fixya writing at premium.support@fixya.com.
    Hope this clear all confusion.

How to choose the best lightweight stroller for your baby?

Also sometimes called umbrella strollers, measure 12 pounds or less and fold up minimally. These lightweight strollers might not have much cushioning and now and then aren't extremely customizable, yet they are typically less costly than models with more elements. They're better for toddlers and more established infants.

Baby carriers are best way of carrying your baby and keeping your hands free. While choosing the Manduca Baby Carrier, it is vital to check the age and size of your baby or you may end up getting the wrong one. The ones you buy should be specifically designed for the young babies. These factors are among the vital ones, which you need to consider while going for these carriers. For more details click here.

Can i use umbrella stroll for 5 month old baby? i

No you cannot........umbrella strollers are for toddlers aged 12 months and up. A 5 month child cannot sit upright to begin with. If you are flying, then request for " Bassinet Seating".....these are the front rows of the plane which have place for bassinets to be installed in which your child can sleep during the flight. Also my best suggestion would be to carry your baby in a baby sling or backpack carrier as these may help you carry baby quickly through an airport while in transit. hope this helps!

We have a babybjorn baby carrier. Our daughter is

You may want to check that the adjustable strap at the bottom front of the carrier is at the proper position for the height and weight of your child. She shouldn't be slouching in the carrier. The carrier is designed for the legs to be slightly spread apart or 'frog legged' but she shouldn't be in a 90 degreee stradle.
Hope this is helpful.
