Question about Dryers

Opening up Hotpoint Aquarius CTD40

I am having error lights with the above machine when I try to dry. It starts to dry for around 5min and then stops and I get a flashing error light (on/off light and Time Delay & Pre-creasecare lights). I have been informed that it may be a build up of fluff inside the machine, but how do I access the inside? I take all the noticeable screws out but I still cannot get the side or back panels off. I would be grateful for a step-by-step procedure or maybe help in getting a service manual. Or, if it isn't a buld up of fluff, can you please give me a solution. A lot to ask I know! But i am really desperate here. Thanking you in advance. Dave.

My HOTPOINT Aquarius + super silent will not tumble dry. it starts off OK but then comes up with Error code F-13 can you tell me what this means

F 13 is a fault code for water supply, inlet valve or hose connections.

You may try unplugging the machine and plugging back in to reset.

Our hotpoint ctd40 condenser dryer aquarius trips our household rcd panel when you try to start the machine all the power lights are on and it does not blow the plug fuse. I have cleaned all the filters...

I would get an electrician to check the machine as it appears to have an earth fault on the machine wiring , This type of fault will operate the RCD quicker than the fuse will operate. I am a qualified electrician by trade.

Unplug the machine from the wall for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and try it again. If the lights come back, the control board needs to be replaced.
