Mice have this small tiny switch inside where it catch your click, if your mouse got too far on in other word it is too old, this is totally the main problem, that switch maybe brocken, and there is no other way to replace that small thing. if is new well use the warranty. if not is time to replce it.

sir you ca explore whats inside the mouse,, but if you have the warranty of it still in time, dont attemp to open and check the parts it wil automatically void your waranty, better replace with new one by dealing at the warranty, is that mouse are really new?

How do I setup my wireless mouse and keyboard

Need more information but normally you would hook up the infrared device or usb device to the laptop. Then you would make sure that the keyboard and mouse has new batteries in it. At that point windows should recognize the mouse and keyboard. You may have to push on the connect buttons on the keyboad or mouse to get the laptop to recognize them.
Other then that its not really hard. Just time consuming if it doesn't take right away. Most of the time you don't need software installed unless the manual tells you to install them because windows will recognize them.

Can I use a PowerLine universal ac adapter 3 12 volts DC/600ma to power Acer Travelmate 2300 series

No. It is rated at 600 MA which is way too small. The acer needs a 60 watt adapter. Please search online for the best price and get the proper adapter. About $40.00

I have recentley wiped my harddrive and installed windows vista ultima my laptop is acer 5715z since i did this i cant find the options to turn the tapping off on my mouse pad it really gets on my nerves...

Sounds like the touchpad driver you have is not the right one. Having a compatible one and the right one is the difference between XP and Vista. Also, sometimes on some laptops above, or below your touchpad, there should be a button. if you push the button, it should toggle between on or off..Or try to disable the "tap" feature in System Configuration, Peripherals, Touch Pad and be sure to click "Apply".

You can modify the xorg.conf file as follows,
As root edit:
/etc/X11/xorg.conf
In the touchpad stanza add the following lines...
Option "TapButton" "0"
Option "HorizScrollDelta" "0"
Then edit:
Option "VertScrollDelta" "0"
(if it wasn't already)
Save it, logout, reboot.

Last resort is to search microsoft knowledge base or your pc manufacturer. That seems to be a growing problem in vista but not seen in XP.

I have aspire 9301awsm cant go wireless what am i doing wrong im not very good with computers just starting to learn

hmm a very open problem, could be here for days without detail :)

the most basic and common problems are:
(try these starting from the top)
* The firewall is incorrectly set, causing the firewall to reject the wireless infomation sent to the computer, reconfigure/reinstall a firewall

*you are too far away from the router if it keeps disconnecting, try moving closer.

*make sure the connection settings are set to automatic, right cick the wireless icon on the startbar, select status, select properties, scroll to internet protocol, then select properties. all the settings on this screen should be set to:
"Obtain ______________ Automatically"

* if the laptop name claims to have came with wireless built in, try checking the uniqe specification to that specific laptop, as my Acer Travelmate 2300 claims to have wireless built in, but i do not have it.

If none of these work id be happy to create another list :)

Mouse

Try this, If you have an external mouse port, attach another mouse, reboot laptop. If mouse works, depends on operating system? Goto control panel, mouse icon and see if you might have diabled or changed mouse key to use the right key?
