Problem for Wireless Adapters

I curious as to why I cannot browse certain websites. I recently bought a HP Pavillion dv6885se and downloaded all the Vista updates. At the end of all the downloads I noticed a device not working symbol on the Microsoft 6to4 driver. I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver as per Microsoft Tech. Since downloading the updates I have note been able to browse certain sites such as Yahoo, Google, Gamespot and various other sites or download up-dates from HP. I can connect to HP but, I cannot browse and download any driver updates. The web page gets hung up and times out. Please advise.
