Mobile Broadband USB help

I have a new Acer Extensa 5620 notebook. I also have a new Sprint Mobile Broadband USB Modem. I go through the process of inststalling the Sprint device, and when It gets to the section to restart, I do that and instead of rebootng, the screen goes black and I have to repair the computer using the F8 button on startup.
Please help.

dont boot from the usb disk open up ur os and go to my computer and install from their the reason you r having this problem is because when you boot from somthing its given the place of os or somthing like that
