CD rom drive wont open!!!

i am a young kid and i enjoy playing games on the computer......my disk was cracked and i didnt think anything of it so i played the disk anyway...then all of a suddon i heard a loud noise and the disk broke into alot of little pieces.....i opened the drive and got as much out as i could but then it closed and now it wont open....it makes all the right sounds and the green light appears i have even tried putting a paper clip in the little hole.............please help me......
