Question about E-Machines emachines (emachinees) CD-ROM Drive
I am a young kid and i enjoy playing games on the computer......my disk was cracked and i didnt think anything of it so i played the disk anyway...then all of a suddon i heard a loud noise and the disk broke into alot of little pieces.....i opened the drive and got as much out as i could but then it closed and now it wont open....it makes all the right sounds and the green light appears i have even tried putting a paper clip in the little hole.............please help me......
Hi, it only means that the drive is already damage and you need to contact the manufacturer of your computer and verifiy if your computer is stil under warranty so that they can replace the drive with no additional cost but for some reason if you have physically damage the drive then you will be charge for the said repair so it depends on the warranty of the computer.
Hope this helps!!!
