After TV warms up picture gets jumpy, squiggly. Can anyone help.

I sorry to say but your TV is on its way out. The issue is that it will be the same price to buy a new 42 inch LCD that it will to repair the problem.

The picture problem is a result of either or both the convergence or pincushion boards going bad. Your model will run around $450 to repair. However if you are good with soldering, there are kits sold online for you to repair the convergence board yourself. These kits work as well as what any tech will do but just as the tech will say, the repair is as is and the problem could return in a short amount of time. The pincushion board is not repairable.
