Software? hey I'm trying to find where i can find the software/driver for the P2360AA. i had to reset my system but have unfortunately misplaced the disk. I know, stupid me! If anyone can provide a link or some such thing I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
i went to their website and but searched their support area for my model # but no luck. i also went thru manually [desktop] [keyboard & mouse combos]. it give 3 diff models but none of which are mine. ok well i fixed the problem myself...sortaafter hunting for hrs i finally dug the drivers for the keybrd up!!! all the buttons work right now BUT the problem is, i can't edit any of their functions. u are supposed to be able to go to [control panel] [keybrds] and in that window there should be a tab labeld [Buttons] but there isnt. im not sure whats up with it but atleast my media player buttons work now.
ive uploaded the drivers to MegaUploader in .RAR format. i have prescanned with AVG. if u download, u are suppose to install the SP24044 file first then install the SP26478.

Go to this site, select your operating system, click next, click Drivers-Product Installation Software and then download your driver. You can also download image of installation CD and burn it.
1. Once there, click on the arrow to select your operating system. Then, click on Drivers and Software. Set up a folder on your desktop and save the driver and software to that folder.
2. I would also click on the Online Support and Manuals Section and download the User Guide and Start Here file. (To use in future troubleshooting.)
If it doesn't recognize the device try going to the HP site and downloading a driver for the mouse that will work with the operating system you have.
If that doesn't work out then try uninstalling any mouse software you might have on your computer then reinstall the driver and it should work. If not then you might need to reinstall the OS.
if you misplaced the disk, you can download drivers & softwares you need at www.hp.com just go to the support & drivers page, select your product model and all product support you need will be there. hope this helps.
it should install automatically as most are plug and play. connect the USB with the wireless piece into USB port it should then invoke found new hardware etc. if it cannot find a driver o to the HPS site tech support area and find the software driver to suit
