Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5100 All-In-One Printer
After examining the instructions on how to change the ink cartridges I feel it's implied that the printhead should automatically move to the center of the area presented when the access is opened. However, it's remained firmly tucked to one side and no option, command, or gentle tug can coax it out where I can get at the cartridges. I almost feel it's taunting me, co-workers claim that on other model printers there was a sort of 'teardrops-shaped button' that brought it to the center on their totally different model printers, and the Kodak Easyshare 5100 defies me with its lack of button or other access. Has anyone else had this problem? HELP!
Turn on the printer
open the printer access door
remove the powerchord at the back of the printer
replug the powerchord
turn on the printer without closing the printer access door
the cartridges will move from left to right
when it does, quickly unplug the powerchord so youcould have an access in to it
