Question about Konica Minolta magicolor 2430 DL Laser Printer
I have a Konica Minolta Magicolor 2430DL and when I print something, the image can be rubbed off. Apparently the heat seal is not working. Is this a part that I can purchase and replace, or do I need to have it repaired?
Open the top cover of the printer. When you look toward the back you will see two yellow felt stickers with a black triangle on them. On either side you will see two gray or green tabs. If they are sitting up, pull them down towards you so that you can see the pictures of the envelope on top of them.
Try to print. If you have been printing like that for a while then the back of your pages my have spots on them for the next few prints.
