You need to replaced the microphone on your phone, so take it to a service center to have that done.

Where is speaker on alcatel cell phone?

? Microphone? For the other person to hear you the microphone on the phone must work. You cannot adjust that. For you to hear them you need a speaker on your phone. You can adjust the volume of the speaker on your phone. If callers cannot hear you try putting your phone on the speaker, rather than handset mode so it becomes a speaker phone. Then, while talking to someone to test the phone, try holding it in different ways to see if you are covering the microphone with your fingers. Without knowing what model of phone (specifically) you have I can't figure out where these are located on your phone. You can google the model though and locate them yourself easily.

Could not hear me from opposite side

It's the microphone problem.Try replacing it with new ones, it should fix the problem. It's a tiny thing with cheap price, and also easy to assemble/ disassemble.
Open the case, then find the microphones( on lower parts of the cell phones, near the "0"button).See for (button size) aluminum things, use solder to remove it and replace it.

If you don't know what to do and don't want troubles, just take it to service center,it should fix it in an instant

Go and contact to your nearest samsung dealer and get the phone repaired. The problem may be with the connections to the speaker from the microphone.

check that the screws at the bottom of the phone are tight, if there is a slight gap within the circuit board and the microphone this can cause the problem it is a commom fault

Samsung M500

Microphone is not working. I am a professional in cell phone repairs. This is a commom manufacturing problem with this model. The mic has 5 soldering pads and due to bad soldering during manufacturing process one of the pads is not soldered properly. It needs to be resoldered. it can be done only by a competent technician. It needs very controlled reheating by a small nozzel hot air soldering equipment.

Microphone...

You need to clarify whether microphone or its connection bad or system causing the problem. I suggest you to try with external bluetooth or normal headset. If sound microphone works with headset you need to have microphone connection be fixed
