Get on the net and find the software for your computer's sound card. Once you have downloaded it remove the software from the computer through device manager and then try it.Please keep us posted in this forum

hi,

The Software is not installed completely, so kindly uninstall the application by navigating from control panel-> Add or remove programs and reboot the machine.

once the machine turn up, then install the application as fresh copy. it should fix the issue.

It clearly shows that the driver for your computer is not installed. OR this software may require support of a sound software as well EX Sound Blaster.

Make sure that the sound otherwise is working fine on the computer

Try running the install in compatibility mode for windows xp. Do this by exploring the cd rom, right clicking the setup file, and select compatibility, run this program in compatibility mode for win XP sp2.

Sound software

hello sir,

1.Go to the Control Panel
2. Click sound and audio properties
3. Then click the option hardware
4. U now see the list of audio properties software name
5. Click the software properties to check whether at Device Usage => Use this device (Enable)
6. Check all the other option can enabled it or not
7. If it not working or cleared, try to reinstall audio driver software.
