One day it froze on me as it was being unplugged from the USB port. I reset it and turned it back on, but it froze as it was building the library. I let it die, then plugged it back into the USB Port, but it froze as it was acquainting itself with the computer. Could someone help?
Try to turn it on and if it freeze hold the power button for 10 sec to reset it.
