There is a little knob in the middle of the keyboard (between the G, H and the B keys), you apply pressure in the direction you want to want to move the cursor or arrow. The 2 long buttons below the space-bar are used the same as clicking a mouse, except top and bottom instead of left and right click. It takes a while but you get used to it.

I have vista on my laptop working great but I now have a weird problem my start screen the one that pops up when you hit the start button pops on when i move the mouse and of again when i move the mou

Unfortunately the wireless mouse on both computers are on the same wireless frequency. Unless you can change the wireless frequency on one of the wireless mouse and the receiver on that corresponding computer then you need to use an USB or PS2 mouse on one of the computers.

I have a Sony Vaio VGN NR220E laptop and I don't know what wire to use to get it hooked up to a Sony Bravia and I need a long wire probably 3-5 feet. Any way that can happen?

There are many ways to connect your Vaio to a Bravia. If you have a router, you can connect both pc's to it using ethernet cable (cable that looks like a telephone cord but a little bigger). Then open your control panel and click on networking. then follow the prompt to create a home network to allow both pc's to share files.

You can also connect to the Bravia using remote desktop through the internet. The easiest way to do it is to open the internet and type in join.me.com in your search box to locate their website. Then open it. You will see "share" on the left side in orange. Click on the orange arrow. The site will install a small file and then give you a nine digit number on the top of your screen. Have the other computer go to the same website but instead of clicking on "share" you click on "join" on the right side in green instead and then enter the nine digit number into the box and press your enter key on your keyboard.

You should be able to see the Bravia's computer screen. If you want to control the Bravia computer using your Vaio, click on the picture of the mouse at the top of the screen while in join.me and it will send a request for permission to the Bravia to control the mouse and access the files on it. The Bravia approves the request and then you can move and control their mouse.

I have changed the battery in my Cordless Trackman Wheel but Cannot get the mouse device to get recognized again?

Hi, 3 items top choose from ...
1) There is a sync button at the base of the wireless mouse and the wireless receiver. Press the button on the wireless receiver and then on the wireless mouse. They should now sync. and your mouse should then function.
2) Most likely that the drivers for the mouse may have been updated when your pc does windows update. You may need to re-install the drivers for the wireless mouse
3) reboot computer.
Good luck .. hope this helps.......

I bought a Saitek wireless notebook mouse PM45 yesterday but cannot make it work. I have tried it on 2 different computers. The lights and on and off button seem to function but the screen arrow does not...

1. Plug the wireless receiver in to one of your PC's USB ports.
2. Press the button on the receiver for two seconds so that the green light
flashes.
3. Press the button on the underside of the mouse once (short press).
4. Wait for the mouse to connect to the receiver. If the connection fails, press
the button on the underside of the mouse once more to continue scanning
(the connection will normally be made on the first press).
The whole process should take less than 10 seconds.
if the mouse refuse to connect check the battery and the power button of the mouse...and also you can try to change the USB port of the receiver ..

My physical mute button does not work, i cannot unmute it!

If you are under warranty, get it fixed. If it is not under warranty, the mute problem is not something I would spend money to fix (it will take replacing the keyboard).
You can turn the mute on and by clicking the Sound icon on lower right side of the Start bar.
Let me know if this makes sense to you.
I don't understand the mouse scroll/arrow issue. Can you attach a picture of the problem? Thanks.
