Hello , i have dell vostro 1015, i bought it from 4 days, today i tried to run windows, but it didn't continue, i run system restore, its very slow, run diagnostics, and it gave me error 2000 0146, on ubuntu it can't mount the drive, and i can't run windows installation, plz help me

have too get into bios and short the battery.
But try 1234 og admin

remove the battery;
start windows in safe mode;
go to system restore point;
restore system;
restart.
use different account namas for different os.

i think so your not a profession.plz repair it in good service center.prob is simple but you cant do of your own.

I strongly you lap got affected by some kind of virus. Better you can take the lap to service center and they will format the entire hard disk not a single partition . You can also try the same way

If it freezes very often then try to run a diagnostics on the system.. U can do it by turning on the computer, tap F12 - under advanced boot options select diagnostics and run a complete test.. If you get any error codes then contact dell to fix the issue.. If you dont get any error codes then try to clean the computer by doing disk clean up... If it still hangs then do a complete reinstall of OS.. If you dont have a disk then Dell has a default partition on the computer and you can install with the same..
If you have windows vista on the computer then tap F8 when the computer turns on and then you will be able to see the advanced boot options.. Select repair my computer.. In the repair my computer screen select the dell factory image restore...
Your computer will go through the installation and it will be up and running...
If you have windows Xp then you have to turn on the computer and when the dell logo appears you have to simultaneously press control and the F11key.. You will be able to reinstall the OS in this way
