Question about Linksys Wireless-G WRT54G Router
This mornign everything was working fine.... but when i came home this afternoon my wireless connection had stopped wroking. i looked at the router and all four port lights are lit solidly, as well as the internet light. howevering after fiddling with it for a while (including unplugging, hitting the reset button and the other button) i have it sitting now with no connections connected, but the lights previously mentioned are still on.
when i try connecting to the router through a cable, the computer says that nothing is plugged in. currently i have my internet connection through a cable into this computer because the router is siply not working at all. the wlan and dmz lights are off, and the power light is lit dimly... im not sure if its truly lit cuz you have to look at it directly to even see it.
Refer to the instruction booklet about how to re-initialize (re-set) the router. You will then have to re-enter all the setups.
If it does not re-initialize, then it is internaly defective.
