Question about LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone
Ok, so heres the deal, me and my dad went to a water park one day, and the park made me take my purse with me. My LG enV phone was in it and it has water damage. My dad doesnt pay for the bill, my parents are divorced, my mom does and she bought the phone. My dad says he will buy me a new phone so that she wont realize something was wrong. Do I just take the battery from my old enV and put it in the new one? Or what should I do so that I get everything saved to my new phone?
You can tranfer your pics and phone book by using the tools on verizonwireless.com. You will loose your ringtones and games if you have any of those downloaded.
*If you plan on just throwing your old phone away you can report your phone as lost to verizon and they will let you re-download all your ringtones and games to your new phone. But if you do that they will place a block on the seiral number on the old phone so that no one else can use that phone.
