Actually nothing major, you have to tilt your ac so the back is lower than the front,if you have it tilted already then you have to check the drain in back of the ac to make sure its not blocked, also make sure the filter is clean

We have an LG Artcool Inverter split system. Purchased March 09. It is leaking water at the front when on. We have contacted the company that deals with LG's repairs under warranty and they have said it...

Drain is probably jsut stopped up. I assume it worked at some point. Grab your shop vac and go outside where the condensate is supposed to drain from the unit to the outside. Turn on the shop vac and vacuum out the blockage. You should be good to go.

Model: KFR-32GW/Ac Will not stop leaking water from the front of the unit. Coils have no ice. Shut off unit for 30 min the leaking stops but resumes when AC is turned back on.

Possible one of two problems. first make sure the unit is tilted away from the inside slightly. Second there are very small drains that let water flow from the front coil to the rear of the ac if the unit has been dirty it can plug these holes. You can find the holes by pulling the ac out or just remove it and use a hose to clean it. You can buy coil cleaner at a hardware store just follow the directions.

Whenever we switch on the ac after 5 to 10 mins water starts leaking from the indoor unit front side.

most likley your airco needs servicing.there is a condensate drain off on the outside where the copper piping comes out the wall,if after the 5 to 10 mins no water comes out through there it could mean that the drainline is choked..also u can check to see if your evaporator is graded properly to ensure a proper drain out of the condensate:-)

Water leaking from indoor unit after 30 mins use

The drain tray has a blockage. Easiest fix is to lift the front facia panel & get someone to hold a towel at the bottom right hand coil where the air filter normally sits. Then blow up the condensate drain from the outside.

It blows cold air for 5 min. and the it blows cool air for 15 min. the room warms up . Why does it stops blowing cold air continuasly???? The thermostat was disconectet on purpose so it coul clow cold air...

See if you can reposition the thermister on the facing of the evaporator coils. That could be it or the thermister might be bad. They don't use copper/mercury sensing bulbs these days. They use these cheap thermisters.

When compressors are on their way out, this is a symptom that is common.

My outside unit runs a little while then shuts off.

More likely the out door fan motor has bad bearings and that would cause the out door unit to run for 15 to 20 min but it could be low on freon
when the out door unit runs after 3 to 5 min the larger of the two copper lines going into the unit should be ice cold

If the thermostat you just installed has a time delay that will keep the indoor blower motor running for up to 5 min after the unit shuts off

Amana Cooling Condensing Unit fan stops spinning after 15 mins

Capacitor, dirty condencer coil causing the motor amps to run too high. But most likely worn bearing on blade side of motor causing it to pull to one side causing it to over heat and shut down. Sleve bearings should have no side play.

My system is running but not blowing cold air

It depends where the leak is. If its in the coils, you have to replace it. If the leak is easy to get to it would be cheaper just to fix it. So it all depends where the leak is. but 15 years is kind of old for a unit.

Toyo Aircon. Starts perfectly. Runs for approx 5 min and then the yellow "timer" light starts flashing and machine stops working. Green power light on...yellow timer light flashing. When you switch unit...

TOYO mini split air conditioner made in Japan is very very good quality and it can runs for 20 years without any problem. You didn't hire a best ac technician to install your TOYO unit. The tubing connection between indoor unit and outdoor unit is not the right torque and refrigerant leak. Your TOYO unit runs out of refrigerant. You need fix the leak and fully charge the system. You will solve the problem. Good luck!
