9 times out of 10 it is the ABS modulator for the disco II's. That being said, i hope you're sitting down...only a LR shop or a shop with auto logic can fix it and it's gonna cost you... A new modulator costs around 2k. if you can get the dealer to install a remanufactured one, it will cost you around 700 for the part and about 3-4 hours of labor.

Hi welcome main problems are the abs valves causing the 3 dash lights (search 3 amigos online) a really badly sited compressor can cause air suspension models to fail giving the bags a slow leak the V8 is a solid engine but can have radiator expansion tank and cap failures
the other issue is electrics windows and door looms are problematic
Check transmission fliuid level. Transmissions work by having proper pressures. If the fluid level is too low there will not be enough pressure to engage it in gear. Then find your leak and fix it.
If your vehicle is a Discovery Series II, it is not equipped with a fuel filter. If it is a Discovery Series I it is in the right rear wheel well towards the front. Hope this helps out.
The code P1451 on a Land Rover is "Leakage Detection Module Motor power stage error Drive cycle A:Signal out
of range - above maximum". This is an OBD-II diagnostic system code. As far as I know, a 1995 Land Rover Discovery does not use a OBD-II system. Is it possible that this rover is a later model year
No need for a diagram, to drain the oil, there's a drain plug on the bottom of the transfer box, under the handbrake drum. To fill, the fill plug is about in line with the centre of the handbrake drum and to the left. I think both plugs are 1/2" square. Fill to overflow with Texaco Multi-Gear 75W/90R. Takes about 2L or so.
Hi...
Depend on the year of your car.
But for EXAMPLE. 2000 discovery II
One FUSE BOX is Front Right side of engine compartment
One FUSE BOX is Left side of the dash, inside of the vehicle.
one FUSE BOX is Under the driver seat.
One FUSE BOX is under the passanger seat.
