please calm down. do the follow steps. Restart HOLD the CTRL key +f11 or f12 Depend of your model, mark., and go to restore the factory default and ready.
If doesnot work. restart again HOLD the CTRL key+f8 and use the last o.s was working and ready.
Change the boot startup order back to the hard drive as the first boot device in the BIOS. If you still have this problem then - Go to this WEB site to fix Bootmgr is missing problem.
If bootmgr is missing..your computer wont turn on....you have to now reinstall the operating system. you can try with the inbuilt system recovery..or you can use a os cd to do that.

You need to Have Operating System (Windows disk). Boot your computer with the help of disk and run repair take the option of Start up repair. Run repair and it will fix your Bootmgr missing error and you will be able to log on to windows again.
