Check the manufacturer's web site and see if it's compatible with Vista and download driver.

You may not be successful, ever. Newer hardware cannot be run by outdated Operating System. Restore to Vista, then upgrade to 7 and everything will work.
The newer hardware has features that had not been thought about with XP.

The new hardware should run faster and better, but not with old OS.

Windows vista

If i doesn't work in Vista, then it doesn't work in Vista, which is one reason people have been hesitant to make the switch to Vista, that being that a lot of XP software wont run on Vista until the manufacturers make a version for Vista.

Dual toner card

You will have to install each tv turner software not different folder in the program files folder.

During the installation of the drivers and software you will be prompted with the directory where the software will be installed, on this page you should select say for eg:

for the first tv turner card C:\program files\ hp tv turner
for the second tv turner card say c:\program files \hp tv turner 2

this should be done for every directory mentioned during the installation.
other wise both the card will try to use the same driver and software files, there will be a clash, thus one one tv turner card will be viewed.

Its becoz your sound drivers are not compitable with your device! you cant use windows xp audio drivers. You need to use windows Vista drivers for your sound card device. Then it will work perfectly.
