We had no error code, we are very familar with fuser problems. The fuser was heating up (hot to the touch).

We did finally get the machine to give an "ABORT" error by pressing the reset button on the main board. It gave a code of "0X00e00422" then we looked at the network interface. The machine comes ready and makes a copy if we remove the scan and memory card. With either card installed we go back to the original symtom. Now we dont know if they are both bad (hard to belive) If you can help with what we have now discovered???? We wonder if the board the scan/memory boards plug into is bad??? Thanks for your help, Krell222

it can be tricky or you may be having a corrupted Printer scanner kit, pls make sure that you have for the right model otherwise this error message is a real indicator of incompatibility whether from the memory chip or from the board itself.

usually the memory card is the cause of this, try replacing this first. in my experienced it is unusual that they can both go wrong unless they are not for this model, is the machine recognized the presence of the Printer/Scanner ? if it doesn't then the problem could be from your Card...and not from the memory chip

Yes there are 2 soft switches...... left side is for trouble reset.
Remove fuser unit from copier
Reset code co05XX
The copier needs to give you a scree with wait for warm up; if not some thing else it's going on
If you get the wait for warm up ...eventually you'll get a C05XX code
Reset and test it with the fuser unit in.
Troubleshoot fuser unit in case you get another C05XX

I have 650di minolta machine. now it the start code No sc36-02 emerged. please tell me the soloution

Power off the machine. Now hold down the 2 and the 5 and power on. Mode 25 screen appears. Touch the Soft switch tab in the first box on your left you will put a 3 in the middle box you will put a "1" the third box you will change the "1" to a "0". Close out to original screen and power off the machine. Wait 10 second power on should get your ready to copy, if the code does come back DO NOT RESET the machine again! It is indicating a problem with the fuser (The Hot Part) the code you are resetting is the fuser and it can catch on fire! That will ruin a perfectly good day!!!

Minolta bizhab di 3510 please wait problem

mam/sir Have you had the developer and drum replaced or does the screen say Replace PC Drum? There are certain house chores the copier does before "Ready to Copy" it is waiting for them to get done equals "Please Wait". One big item is making sure the developer and toner are properly mixed inside the image unit underneath the drum. Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure and make sure the counters where cleared Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer. IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. Copier works on the counters that how it know it got a new drum and developer. Get new develop and new drum and have it installed correctly, Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE AVACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you start over with new developer and new drum
