If the set has two tuners, you can put two cable feeds on it. You simply use a splitter on the cable feed to have two feeds from the same cable feed.

If you are using a decoder, you will need a separate decoder for each video/audio input to the TV set. The exception would be a dual tuner decoder with independent outputs.

Samsung led tv 5003 remote channel selector not working, must use cable company remote. Volume only works on samsung remote.

The cable company remote will have under settings a program code function for the remote. Setting the Samsung code will enable the cable remote to adjust the volume. Many TVs have more than one code. You may need to try several to get the right one.

the attached images are examples of this process. Your remote supplied from the cable provider will have its own unique process. Consult the info supplied with the remote. Access the help feature available with some cable services. Your cable provider may have the help function available on their Website.

Hope this helps?

Problem for choosing lcd tv

Hello,

When you buy a samsung, you buy a LED TV with a panel manufactured
by the company "S - LCD" which belongs to 50/50 % sony and samsung.
The S - LCD company is fully driven under samsung engineering.
Today, sony seems to buy their panels from "sharp corp" and trying to
seperate from samsung due to the cold war (high competition ) between
them

Just go for the samsung UN32C6500 32" 1080p LED HDTV.

Theres no better picture quality you can buy for 32".

Good luck....

I have a black screen. Cable company says I have

This is a common problem with Cable companies when they update their firmware. This makes the two incompatible. You can try going onto www.samsung.com and look for firmware updates for your model. Follow the instructions provided. If this does not work then you have a bad cable box. Cables companies are notorious for blaming the tv. Don't let them fool you. Stand your ground and insist on them correcting the problem.

None of the cables you mention are HD. Does your box have a HDMI out? If it does, an HDMI cable is what you need if your tv has an HDMI input jack.

Scan

Check to see if there is a feature in the user menus that allow to turn off the digital tuner section.

Also, check to see if your cable company is still feeding the digital channels to you.

It is best to consult the user manual to see how to set up the features of your set.

Changing Screen Size on Samsung HP-R4272

you must not have the correct picture settings in the cable box, as although they are not HD they will still be widescreen, so check both tv and box for picture settings.
