Question about Whirlpool Washing Machines
I'm so sorry, this didn't update for some reason that you had replied. F-02 is a drain error. Remove the 3-4 1/4" screws from the lower front panel. You will find them all of the way at the bottom of the panel. Once the panel is removed, in the front bottom, center, you will find a white platic container with 2 hoses in the back. This is your pump. There is a "line" running across it. This handle can be rotated counter-clockwise. CAUTION: there is always water left in here. You will need a wet vac or several towels. Once you have completely unscrewed the handle, slide it out. You should find multiple forign objects stuck in this trap, keeping the washer from draining properly. Now re-assemble in reverse. You should be good to go. If this doesn't take care of it, drop me a line back directly (you can click on my user profile) or please send back a information grade.
