Im not resposible for anything here but try this. stick another disc in only about half way or as far as it will go up to that point. when the loading mechanism in the player sees another disc trying to come in, it pops up to accept the disc. it should spit your stuck disc back at you while holding the new disc in your hand.

A little tiny hole to the right at bottom of dvd slot, stick a paperclip in and push it, should manually eject it. Not responsible for any damages.

We've got a DVD stuck in our DVD player in our Nissan Quest. The eject button won't work and the player is showing "No disk" on the display. The player is situated under the passenger seat facing the...

Page 4-62 of the Owners Manual for my 2006 Quest has this procedure for a stuck DVD:

1. Record the radio presets
2. Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery for five minutes
3. Reconnect the negative battery terminal
4. Check to see if the jammed DVD has been ejected. If it has not, try to eject the DVD by pushing the eject button.
5. If the disc cannot be ejected see your Nissan dealer for further assistance
6. Re-program the radio presets

I have used this procedure on two occasions, and it works.

The Owners Manual also says that playing DVD-R and -RW disk might cause the player to player to malfunction.

Good Luck!

Cant play dvd cd or even eject the disc that is already in .

actually it is due to faulty disk or dirty lens sometimes , when the lens is dirty it keeps on trying to read the data from cd or dvd and it just cant stop that infact stuck in it , or the other reason is faulty loading gear , in either case u have to physically dis assemble the player , remove the top cover some 4 or 6 screws are there in place open the top cover see the cd /or dvd and remove it physically do not force anything hard when removing the media and then if u can see the lens of ur player just clean it with a soft cloth with ur fingers in cicular motions very gently and u will see that it will play dvd /cd fine , the other thing if the loading gear is faulty or broken then u can ask me more on this

Pls rate me WELL !

Jensen vm9311ts problem

The player thiinks the CD is still in the player. you have a shorted or open sensor. Usually thee players have 3 phto sensors to tell the controller that a Disc is inserted , or ejected or present. Sometimes a wire or piece of lint covers a sensor and makes the controller think the CD is still there. Get you a can of Air from Radio Shack and blow out the DVD drive You might get lucky and this do the job.
