I am geting really bad staic in my plantronics voyager pro. I have the HTC EVO. Is there any way to get rid of the static?

Try to re-pair the headset to your phone to make sure that it has a good connection. Before running through the pairing process, be sure to totally delete the headset from the Blackberry's menu. You may want the headset turned off for this process.

Once you make your cell phone discoverable, then put the Plantronics Voyager Pro headset into pairing mode by holding the power button until the headset flashes red and blue. Here is the link below for the Voyager Pro pairing instructions.

After I complet a call I still get some static in the headset. right now its been going on for 10 minutes. its at a very low volume but annoying

Making sure the headset is fully charged, you'll probably want to try and pair the headset to your phone again. Make sure that any bluetooth devices are removed from the phone. Removing the battery (if possible) for about 15 seconds helps to reset the phone. Follow the pairing instructions on the link below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro.

I bought the plantronics voyager pro bluetooth headset two months ago and now it's dead. It's been working great for two months. When it's plugged into the wall for charging the red light is illuminated....

One thing you can try is to power down and then power the headset back up. The instructions are on the link below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro, particularly the page "Listen To The Voice."

If that doesn't help, then you have a bad processor in the headset. It's still under warranty so contact Plantronics at 800-544-4660 x5 x5538 for warranty service.

Try deleting your Plantronics Voyager Pro from your phone and then repair them to each other. Sometimes this does correct any issues you may be having. The link for the user guide is included below.

I have a Plantronics Voyager Pro and it will not take a charge. I plugged the charger into my phone to check it and it does work on my phone except not with my blurtooth. Thanks for your help.

If you have the Plantronics Voyager Pro headset, you should be using the ac adapter that came with the headset ( model 79414-01 ). If the headset will not charge, it could be broken or the internal battery may be worn out. Keep in mind that the Voyager Pro has a one year warranty, and Plantronics will replace it within the warranty period.
