It could be that your RAM needs to be reseated i.e. the RAM could have come loose and just needs to be taken out and put back in again. Hope this helps.
Seat belt and any warning chimes do not come from the radio, they usually come from a unit under the dash, what you are describing is probabl;y a blown fuse problem. I would checkfuses with a teat light as some fuses may not appear blown.
