may happen when the system senses some weight on the passenger seat (dog, etc) or the weight switch is faulty/stuck. You can verify if this is the reason if the passenger airbag notice light shows ON.

Try SMC and PRAM reset. To do this you need to google the model number and the reset instructions. If that does not work you need to reinstall the OSX

A failure has occurred within the first 64 KB or memory which may mean you need a new motherboard but try replacing ram, you might be lucky

Sounds like the anti theft system is engaged.

Power it off. Hold down the power button. We need it to not show any white light on the front right.

Press Power and HOLD DOWN these 4 keys until you hear 3 Chimes.
ALT+COMMAND+P+R.

That will restore the PRAM (bios to PC users) to factory settings. If that fails then a trip to the Apple store will be in order.

It could be that your RAM needs to be reseated i.e. the RAM could have come loose and just needs to be taken out and put back in again. Hope this helps.

Seat belt and any warning chimes do not come from the radio, they usually come from a unit under the dash, what you are describing is probabl;y a blown fuse problem. I would checkfuses with a teat light as some fuses may not appear blown.
