Printer is printing BLACK PAGES (by 2 users)

I replaced the drum, and its printing solid black pages...... I don't know what to do................... Please help,,,,,,,

I have the same problem.

While installing a new drum unit in our Brother printer, I followed the directions which included sliding the blue tab to clean the corona wire. In sliding the tab, a monofilament wire popped out. When I slid the tab again, the wire disappeared. However, it prints solid black pages. Any help would be appreciated. My printer is a Brother MFC-7420.

Solution from brother

You may clear the problem by cleaning the primary corona wire inside the drum unit by sliding the blue tab.Make sure you return the blue tab to the Home position. To see how to clean the corona wire of the drum unit, click here.
The drum unit may be damaged. Put in a new drum unit. To see how to replace the drum unit, click here.
